Dr. Peggy Hinckley is a former teacher, school superintendent and author who now shares more than 40 years of educational experience with central office administration and school staff in explaining and implementing the highly successful 8-Step Instructional Process for academic achievement.

The former Indiana Superintendent of the Year Award recipient employs a no-nonsense approach in adapting the 8-Step Process to ensure challenges facing individual schools are met.

Drawing on her experience as a classroom teacher, Superintendent at Hobart Township Schools, the LaPorte Community School Corporation, the Metropolitan School District of Warren Township (Indianapolis) and as Interim Superintendent of the Indianapolis Public Schools, Dr. Hinckley has been a highly-sought consultant across the nation since 2009. Together with consultant Pat Davenport, Dr. Hinckley has worked with more than 130 Indiana schools, sharing the value of implementing the 8-Step Process.

She continues to be a sought-after speaker on a variety of education topics allowing her to impart more than four decades of educational experience with audiences across the nation.
