The Maintenance Dept. is introducing a new process for entering all work requests. We will be using a web-accessible software application called
Think Helpdesk. The software can be accessed from any device with web browsing capabilities, from any location, including your school, your smartphone or even your home. As with the previous procedure, only Administrators, office staff and custodians are assigned to enter maintenance work requests for their buildings. All other staff must follow their building’s procedure for submitting their requests to the designated staff.
In case of an emergency, please call the maintenance department at 219.980.6317 between the hours of 7am and 4pm.
