The Building Corporation will be meeting to consider the issuance of the Building Corporation’s Ad Valorem Property Tax First Mortgage Refunding Bonds, Series 2020B, a proposed form of First Supplemental Trust Indenture and First Amendment to Lease, and the approval of financing transaction documents related thereto; and all other matters which may properly come before the Board.
